Michiel has first-hand experience at all levels of corporate life. This enables him to understand dynamics from the shop floor to the boardroom. He combines this with extensive experience in teaching and mentoring. As a change manager he was responsible for very diverse leadership programmes. He also ran an Innovation Department for a large European company.
